Rooftop spots☀️😎🥂

Bars and restaurants have fewer staff, expect slower service and longer wait time.
Rooftop bars are popular, attempt to make a reservation. It’s Italy, so they might not answer the phone or might not accept reservations. But I would attempt, especially for parties of 3 or more.
It is normal to have to close out the tab with every round of beverages served. I would suggest you bring cash for this reason.
It is also normal to have to not receive the check and have to ask for it.
Also normal to pay at the table or at the cashier. Just depends on where you are, there’s no rhyme of reason. Every establishment is different.
Many rooftop bars are in a hotel.
The energy at the rooftop spots are chill.
